There are plenty of articles online that tout random hustles.
The truth is that you can’t make much money by completing online surveys or playing games.
So, in this post, I’ll teach you how to make 1500 a week in realistic ways.
I’m sure you have your motives for making $1500 a week [$1,500 a week is $75,000 a year, baby!]
Most people can leave their full-time employment with a weekly income of that level.
The dream is to fully enjoy all of the benefits of working from home, such as:
- Flexible work hours
- Being free of a corporate environment and pressure
- Potentially higher income
- The freedom to spend time with family
Looking elsewhere will get you dated advice. So, if you want the benefits above, look no further.
The reality is that earning $1500 each week requires far more than completing a few simple online tasks.
To make this extra money, you’ll need to treat your work-from-home business like a real one.
You probably also need to pick up a lot of new skills.
Establishing a business that produces $1500 monthly, let alone per week, usually has a high learning curve.
The good news is that the internet has made making this kind of money easier.
There’s tons of material available on the internet to help you get there faster than you think.
It’s not bold to claim that you could earn $1500 per week in a year with some effort.
Now all that’s clear let’s start talking about making money online…
How To Make 1500 A Week: Realistic Ways
Be a freelance writer.
Working as a freelance writer is one of the most approachable work-from-home options.
There is a high need for freelance writers if you have at least half-decent writing ability.
Today, there are approximately 600 million blogs. As a result, content writers are in high demand.
There are more conventional freelance writing opportunities, such as writing for newspapers or journals, but the web options are limitless.
One of the most winsome aspects of freelance writing is that you may get started practically instantly.
This is especially true if you’re a skilled writer.
Using the internet to look for freelance writing jobs is simple.
You can start with this guide we created with the top sites for freelance writers.
You can also sign up for one of these websites, and you’ll be presenting your services in front of potential customers in minutes:
Fiverr and Flexjobs are probably the easiest to get started with.
However, they take a share of your earnings, so make sure your services are priced suitably to offset this.
You’ll need to be a reasonably skilled writer to gain work on the Pro Blogger job board.
Still, finding more specialized and high-paying writing projects is a great way.
This prospect appeals to me since you don’t have to be the best writer to be successful.
Many people believe that to succeed, you must be a Pulitzer Prize-winning novelist.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
You should still be able to find work if you can write to a decent standard.
The more you write, the better you will become, allowing you to improve your talents and revenue eventually.
Like most things, your earnings will be determined by your experience level and the number of clients you attract.
In the past, I’ve hired freelance writers and paid them between $30 and $70 for every 1000 words.
However, you can charge much more if you’re writing about a highly specialized subject.
With experience, you may earn up to over $300 daily.
At this rate, you will get to your $1500 weekly target if you work a five-day week.

Manage a niche website.
In my opinion, Niche sites are one of the best Internet business models available today.
Websites with content specialized to a specific theme are known as niche sites.
Niche websites are a type of blog (here’s how to start one).
With blogs, you can make $5,000 or more a month.
Heck, you might even make $20k or more per month!
Websites about the following topics could be used as examples:
- Exotic pet care
- Table tennis
- Gardening and landscaping
- Repairing credit
These are all rather specific issues, as you can see.
The objective is to build a website with articles that go into great detail on your chosen specialty.
The goal is to deliver information to those searching for these topics on Google and other search engines.
For example, someone searching for information on pet snakes on a snake-related website might use Google.
Hopefully, when that individual looks for answers to those questions, they will find your website.
Ideally, your website should have an article you wrote in response to their queries.
The goal is to get many people to read your posts, which you can monetize.
The trick is to build a content encyclopedia in which you become the definitive authority on your chosen topic.
The formula is straightforward:
- Launch your website.
- Publish high-quality articles answering your audience’s questions.
- Work to gain traffic from search engines.
- Profit off that traffic.
Display ads and affiliate marketing are two of my favorite ways to make money with specialty blogs.
a- Displaying ads
[If you’d like to learn more, I wrote this post comparing our experience with Mediavine and Ezoic.]
Then, you get paid when people who visit your site view those ads.
The more people visiting your site and seeing your advertisements, the more money you will make.
Your niche and other factors, such as your readers’ location, determine the amount of money you make from adverts.
You can anticipate making between $15 and $35 for 1000 visitors to your website.
This approach of monetization appeals to me because it is passive.
You generate the content, attract readers, and then sit back and wait for the ad revenue to come in.
b- Affiliate Marketing
Affiliate marketing is when you promote the product of another individual or firm in exchange for a commission.
For example, you might review a weight loss drug or course on a weight loss specialty site.
This can earn a nice commission when a visitor reads your product post, clicks your affiliate link, and buys the product.
For example, provide informational items like a course or an ebook.
The amount of money you may make from your website is mainly determined by the number of visitors you attract.
For every 30,000 visitors, a rough estimate is around $1000.
Some specialty sites, on the other hand, can earn far more.
Making $1500 per week isn’t going to happen quickly.
But with the appropriate mentality and treating your site like a company, you can do it in 12-24 months.
If you’re keen on learning more about this, I have put together my experience and strategies as a course, “Blogging Roadmap To $1000 a month in income.”
It will instruct you on the ins and outs of getting traffic to your sites and how to make that traction work for you.
Run a regular blog.
When done correctly, blogging can still be a very profitable business.
You’ll quickly reach your $1500 monthly goal if your blog takes off.
Blogging can be a very low-cost business to operate with really high margins.
It’s a solid way of making money online.
It does not require thousands of dollars in capital, like other enterprises, and may begin producing money nearly immediately.
Some folks have trouble with their blogs because they write about things that happen in their lives.
The right thing to do is write about what other people want to read about.
Allow me to explain.
Essentially, no one cares what you did for your vacation last summer or where you intend to spend Christmas.
Yes, there are still opportunities for lifestyle blogs, but you must be savvy about it.
People are interested in learning about topics that can help them improve their personal lives. They want their queries answered and their issues resolved.
That’s why it’s critical to concentrate on your reader rather than blogging randomly about oneself.
A money-making blog can be valuable if it has a wealth of information about your chosen specialty.
However, these are very competitive areas.
There’s a large number of authoritative websites already claiming the first pages of Google for a variety of keywords and themes.
To compete with massive authority websites, you must “niche down” inside your selected niche.
Instead of blogging about global travel, you may narrow your attention to a specific city, like LA or Toronto.
Instead of focusing on fashion, you may concentrate on style for larger-framed guys or business attire for ladies.
Google prefers to rank web pages on a specific subject from websites specializing in that subject.
Smaller, less authoritative websites that are more targeted can eventually outrank larger, less focused domains.
A few well-performing broad niches:
- Personal Finance
- Home Decor
- Health and beauty
Bloggers have the potential to earn $1500 per week, and many do.
Many bloggers make over $1500 each week.
If you get it properly, you can reach that quota in your first two years of blogging. Some people do it in even less time.
You can monetize your blog through affiliate marketing, displaying adverts, and publishing sponsored posts.
You can even peddle digital products like ebooks, courses, and podcast episodes.
You’ve probably heard of platforms like Wix [we talk about it in our article on Squarespace alternatives].
If you’re serious about launching a blog, you should look no further than WordPress.org.
[Please do not confuse it with WordPress.com, which is different.]
WordPress.org is a blogging platform that you may use to create your blog.
Because you don’t own your website with Wix, they can technically shut it down without warning.
You wouldn’t have any recourse then.
WordPress requires some education initially, but it is by far the most potent and adaptable technology available.
And if you’re seriously interested in a blog to begin making money online, you’ll need to know how much it costs to run one. You can watch it here or check out the video below!
Work as a virtual assistant.
You could be employed by a website and other business owners as a virtual assistant to conduct duties remotely.
This could include tasks such as:
- Managing social media accounts
- Conducting email outreach and marketing
- Tending email lists
- Responding to messages and emails
- Doing market research
- Writing newsletters
- Editing and formatting blog posts
Being a virtual assistant (VA) is another easy-to-find job that doesn’t require any specialized training.
You will have the edge over others if you have some IT expertise and are familiar with social networking platforms.
The good news is that these abilities can be acquired.
I’ve discovered that with the right help and advice, learning internet tasks can be done considerably more quickly.
Becoming a virtual assistant is a solid side hustle for moms who can work from home!
In my experience, well-designed courses can reduce your learning time by years.

Sell online courses.
Designing, building, and selling a course is a highly profitable Internet business that anyone can undertake.
The worldwide e-learning market is anticipated to exceed $600 billion by 2030.
People enjoy learning online. Therefore, online courses can be produced about anything.
The following are some possible course topics:
- Speaking and writing in a foreign language
- Playing an instrument
- Produce music
- How to manage a profitable blog
- Computer programming
Courses are available in various media, including audio classes, ebooks, video courses, and step-by-step manuals.
[There are some great platforms to create on. You can read the article above or watch this video on my favorite course platforms – I reveal the one we use! you can also view it below…]
Profit off your web design skills.
Did you know people pay tens of thousands of dollars to build a website?
You clearly can’t do this if you don’t have any web design knowledge.
However, with patience and effort, it’s a skill that everyone can learn.
Flexjobs is an excellent platform to use if you want to sell your web design skills for $5 to $500.
There are, however, other abilities related to web design. Consider video editing, photoshop editing, and creating unique logos, among other things.
These aptitudes are in high demand since the internet needs material, and everyone desires visibility.
Rent out things you own.
Consider renting it out if you have anything valuable, such as a house or equipment.
Renting out a room in your home is simple.
You may easily make $1,000 or more per month if you have a quality place.
Here’s our guide to Airbnb Investing.
And you can even start making money from Airbnb without owning your own property.
You can also lend out whatever equipment you own, such as construction tools or a games console.
Many folks only require something for the weekend and do not wish to purchase the complete toolset.
We had a car that we had a hard time selling. So, while promoting it to sell, we rented it on Turo and made a few thousand dollars.
Write an ebook.
Writing a book is one of the most profitable investments of time.
Specifically, an ebook is worth considering because getting it published is inexpensive and straightforward.
Book sales are a massive industry.
People who sell a book they wrote years ago can still make thousands of dollars daily.
You’ll need a solid understanding of a topic people desire to learn more about.
People prefer to learn from experts; therefore, having much information about something helps.
But, let’s face it, plenty of “beginner books” and “how-to books” sell well.
You don’t have to be an expert on the subject to create a book like this.
You might be able to sell your book on Kindle.
On anything you sold, you’d collect roughly 70% royalties.
You may also sell your book on your website.
You could write an ebook on almost anything.
Remember that someone new to any subject will require a lot of assistance!
To assist this person, you do not need to be an expert.
You only need to know enough to be of assistance.
And publishing a book about it may quickly bring in $1000 or more.

Sell your photos.
Do you have a camera?
Of course you do!
Even your smartphone will suffice.
Stock photo websites continuously look for new photographs to add to their libraries.
You can earn money by selling them your images.
[You can even look into wild ideas like selling photos as NFTs.]
Revenue share is a standard method where you get a commission for every downloaded photo.
The more popular your photo is, the more downloads it will receive and the more money you will earn.
Many people make a living by photographing stock picture websites.
To excel, you must first shoot excellent photographs.
Taking distinctive images and photos that many people require is also quite vital.
Learning to take good images will take practice and patience, but it’s not impossible.
Plus, if photography is your hobby, this is an excellent opportunity to have fun while still earning money.
Sell your stuff.
My wife would tell you that selling stuff is my favorite side hustle.
And… she’d be right!
You can sell your used items online in the same way that you would at a garage sale.
It takes some time to list products, but it will be lucrative if you have good stuff people need.
If you have any pricier things, selling them for the $1500 you require will be easier.
Yes, you might have to deal with some ghosts, but that’s part of the game!
If you don’t already have an account, create one.
You’ll need a decent camera phone or a regular camera to capture images.
You’re good to go if you write excellent descriptions and take good enough photos.

Work as a proofreader.
As a proofreader, you’ll be sifting through written materials for numerous mistakes.
Your role is to look for errors in spelling, grammar, formatting, or other areas.
You’re the second, crucial set of eyes, ensuring that the written material you’re examining isn’t published with apparent flaws.
You don’t need any specific qualifications to succeed at this online job. Therefore, it’s very attainable.
As per salary.com, the median yearly earnings for a proofreader is $52,486.
But with experience, you can make more.
Nothing can stop you from reaching your $1500 weekly goal if you have a bold strategy.
It would be best if you also had the disposition to work extra hours.
Pick up a job in the service industry.
Bartending or serving is perhaps the best night or weekend job that will pay you well.
You can bring in hundreds of dollars daily in tips, especially when bartending.
Any bartender will tell you that the tips come quickly if you work in a busy environment.
Making a few hundred dollars in tips each night is not out of the question.
Moreover, because the turnover is significant and no schooling is required, this work is relatively easy to obtain.
